ETHICS, INTEGRITY, AND COMPLIANCE

The Nebrasco Energy Petroleum Services Compliance System is based on the commitment to ethical behaviour, integrity and regulatory compliance, an essential part of our business culture. The objective is to guarantee that business practices comply with current legislation and ethical principles, and to prevent any irregular conduct or activity by NEPS workers and their collaborators in the exercise of their professional activity.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct includes the values and principles by which NEPS guides its ethical behaviour in the development of its activity and in its commitment to society.

It establishes the reference standards for the workers who are part of NEPS, as well as clients, suppliers, and collaborators with whom we work.

Provides the ability to manage a conflict of interest that must be resolved, problems that put NEPS’s reputation at risk, or handle situations that may contravene its principles and values.

Assume behavioural guidelines that contribute to the development of the company’s workers, their integration, equal opportunities, safety at work, environmental protection and sustainable social development.

Commitment to maintaining relations with the Public Administration based on the principles of institutional respect, collaboration, integrity and ethical compliance, respecting and complying with all the resolutions and requirements dictated by them.

Refrain from carrying out any act of corruption or bribery both in the public sector (authorities and public officials) and in the private sector (companies, organizations, entities or individuals)
